Refund policy
Due to the customized nature of our products, we DO NOT accept returns or exchanges of any kind, unless your order is damaged on arrival or incorrect.
Damaged & Incorrect Products
If the purchased product is damaged on arrival or incorrect, please reach out to us within 48 hours of the delivered date. In order for your refund/exchange request to be processed, you must submit photographic evidence of the damaged or incorrect item[s] to yesicayuranibeauty@gmail.com. All damaged item claims are subject to our inspection and approval, to prevent intentional and malicious damage being caused by customers for the purpose of prompting a refund. Incorrect item claims are based on incorrect personalization as per your order or a completely different lipstick shade being delivered
to that which was ordered or made. We DO NOT refund or exchange for (a) slight color variations caused by differences in device settings and/or quality (including but not limited to, screen types and brightness settings), or (b) minor color variations between graphics used on our site and the physical product received.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing your order. Due to the customized nature of our products, all cancellation requests made after 12 hours of placing your order will be rejected, and your order will be shipped out as normal.
